These words were the guiding thread woven through last week's Celebrate Life Festival as we experienced ourselves in relation to Self and Other. Past, present and future interwoven in the exploration of personal, trans-generational and collective trauma.- knowing that healing happens when we include body and spirit.

How are you a channel for life to express itself through you?
How can your ancestors live through you as a felt experience?
What past event has not been fulfilled that still lives as an echo of the past?

These are some of the questions we will be exploring as we bring more of our lives into awareness.
